Yang lebih mengena, ternyata lagu ini merupakan proyek sosial kerja sama antara Sami Yusuf dan Dr Walid Fitaihi (CEO International Medical Center). Dr Fitaihi yang seorang tenaga medis memiliki visi mulia bahwa penyembuhan (healing) tidak hanya berfokus dari segi fisik saja, melainkan keseluruhan jiwa dan pikiran.
